Delivery / 商品の引渡時期

Orders are made to order. After payment authorization, orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3–25 business days, depending on destination. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, or exceptional production delays.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations / 返品・交換・キャンセル

Because products are made to order, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact me within 30 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date. A photo may be required. Eligible orders will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer. Please do not return items without contacting me first.
